The person that fills this position will be tasked with reaching out to local businesses in areas where we run events to obtain sponsorships to cover the cost of our events. This person will work hand in hand with the HOPE Wrestling staff and leadership team to create attractive sponsorship opportunities that will appeal to businesses of all sides. Sponsorships are vital to the health of this ministry, so this is a very important position. Pay is commission based on performance and will be discussed at the interview process.
This position will be filled by healthy, strong individuals that want to be part of the wrestling industry. This is a great place to start for those that would like a future in wrestling in any position as well as people that just would like to be a part. This is a paid position for the most part, but there will be times when this crew is asked to donate their time for worthy causes. There may be opportunities with this position to help at ring rentals for other promotions which would be paid gigs. Details will be discussed at the interview process.
The Street team is vital to help us get the word out in the various areas that we run events. Members of this team will be tasked with hanging flyers and posters as well interacting with fans at events and festivals to spread the word about our events. These positions are volunteer but do come with perks such as free tickets, special meet and greet opportunities with stars and legends of HOPE Wrestling as well as opportunities to grow and get involved in other ways. Members of the street team are encouraged to also be a part of the ring crew.
